Online Payment Portal

From the Online Payment Portal, you can manage your contact and profile information, pay CMF, Member or Auxiliary Fees and NIF contributions.

You already have an account, if you are an ABPS Diplomate or Member of the AAPS. The first time you logon, you must set your password.

From the home screen, click on Log On from the top menu, the left side menu or click on Pay in the text to get to the AAPS log on screen.

Get your logon ID and reset your password:

Your member number is your login user name. If you do not have your member number available, you may follow the instructions below for obtaining your member number and then follow the instructions for resetting your password. If you have your member number available, you may skip to the instructions below for resetting your password.

Obtaining your member number (skip this step, if you have your member number available)

Click here (http://members.abpsus.org/iMISpublic/default.aspx) to access the home screen of the Online Payment Portal. Click the “Look it up” link on the left side of the page next to “Don’t remember your username?”

Note: If your email address is different from the email address in AAPS records, you will need to contact AAPS at 813-433-2277 to update your email address and retrieve your member number.

Enter the requested information and click “Submit”. Your name and contact information should appear on screen. Click on your email address. You will receive an email containing your member number/login username. Follow the directions below to reset your password.

Resetting your password:

Click here (http://members.abpsus.org/iMISpublic/default.aspx) to access the home screen of the Online Payment Portal. Click “Log On”.

Click the “Forgot my password” link. Enter your member number/login username and click “Submit”

You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. Note: If you do not receive the email, please check your junk email. Click the link in the email to reset your password. You will need to enter a password and then re-enter the password to confirm and click “Submit”. You will be automatically logged into the system.

Follow the email instructions to the ‘Reset my password’ screen, enter your password of choice and submit. The password must be at least 6 characters in length.

On the next screen manage your contact information or pay annual fees, Auxiliary dues and contributions to NIF.

Update your contact information:

Log in to update your contact information. On the sidebar click -

‘Personal’ to update your organization, email address and phone numbers.

‘Address’ to change your home, office and office street address.

‘Billing’ for the option to make your annual payment, Auxiliary dues and NIF contribution online or display your paid account.

‘Order History’ to see your payment activities.

‘ID & password’ for the opportunity to modify your logon ID or your password.

Online Payment Instructions:

Your annual Certification Maintenance fee or Membership fee amount is displayed and cannot be changed.

Donate any amount to NIF by changing the suggested dollar amount. Auxiliary dues are fixed – do not change this amount.

Select boxes if you wish to pay these Voluntary fees. Click on the yellow bar – ‘Add Selected Items to Cart’.

The next screen will display the items in your Cart and provide the opportunity to have your Confirmation email sent to an email address other than the one listed in the database. Use the back button from this screen to change amounts or select other payments or continue by clicking “Next”.

Enter all required information. You must read and click on the attestation statement in order to proceed. When ready click ‘Next’. Again, review and then Submit order or return to previous screen to make corrections. The next screen will display your detailed order and the payment confirmation will go to the email address supplied in an earlier step.
