The American Board of Physician Specialties ("ABPS") welcomes you to its Web
Site (the "Site"). ABPS maintains this Site for your personal information, education and
communication. ABPS grants you a limited license to download material displayed on the
Site for non-commercial personal use only, and you must retain all copyright and other
proprietary notices found on the material. You may not distribute, modify, transmit, or
use the content of the Site for public or commercial purposes, including the text, and
images without ABPS's written permission. Your access to and use of the Site is also
subject to the following terms of use ("Terms of Use") and of all applicable laws.
By accessing and browsing the Site, you accept, without limitation or qualification,

and pictures is the property of ABPS, our partners, or content providers and is
protected by US and international copyright laws. Except as otherwise provided in
these Terms of Use, any other use of such content without the prior written consent of
ABPS is prohibited. Furthermore, ABPS neither represents nor warrants that your use of
the content will not infringe rights of third parties not affiliated with ABPS.
- Trademarks, logos, and service marks (collectively, the "Trademarks") displayed on
the Site are registered and unregistered Trademarks of ABPS and others. Nothing contained
on the Site should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any
license or right to use any Trademark displayed on the Site without the written permission
of ABPS or other owner of a Trademark.
- Images of people displayed on the Site are either the property of, or used with
permission by, ABPS. Unless authorized by these Terms of Use, the use of these images

laws, trademark laws, the laws of privacy and publicity, and communications regulations
and statutes.
- Your use of and browsing in the Site are at your own risk. Neither ABPS nor any
other party involved in creating, producing, or delivering the Site is liable for any

- The information posted on the Site by ABPS and by third parties should not be considered

privacy of its members. The following paragraphs describe our information gathering and
dissemination practices for the Site.
- We use IP addresses to analyze visits to the Site, to administer the Site, to
help diagnose problems with our server, and to gather aggregated demographic
information.
- We use cookies to save and verify password information.
- Certain areas require user and member registration to give us contact
information (such as name and e-mail address), unique identifiers (such as social
security number), financial information (such as credit card numbers) and
demographic information (such as zip code) We use contact information to locate
and reach members or users and to distribute information about events, meetings,
calendars, locations, examinations and similar data. Financial information
collected is used to bill users and members for registrations and annual dues.
Unique identifiers are used to verify the user's or member's identity.
Demographic information collected is used only for ABPS purposes.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your information
and password. You agree that you will not let anyone other than you use your
registration or password. You also agree to notify AAPS immediately by e-mail
of any unauthorized use of your registration or password
- These Terms of Use are governed by and construed under the laws of State of Georgia
without regard to or application of choice of law rules or principles.
- ABPS may at any time revise these Terms of Use by updating this posting. You are
bound by any such revisions and should therefore periodically visit this page to review
the then current Terms of Use.
