ORTHOPAEDIC SURGEON: TOTAL JOINT SURGEON
Holy Family Memorial invites you to consider an exceptional opportunity within a multidisciplinary orthopedic group. There is an immediate need for a fellowship trained orthopedic surgeon specializing in total joint replacements.
The group you will join includes four orthopedic surgeons, a sports medicine physician, podiatrist, physiatrist and rheumatologist, as well as physician assistants. The surgeons have fellowship training in hand, shoulder/sports medicine, foot and ankle and spine surgery. The network is looking to hire two total joint surgeons due to demand. The professional opportunity is excellent as the office is in a cutting-edge outpatient facility with primary care, walk-in, therapy, a wellness center and pharmacy. Call 1:5 and reasonably light as HFM is a level III trauma center.
The network has a perioperative surgical home model that assists with optimizing surgical patients, a nurse navigator dedicated to the total joint program and full support from administration in growing a program focusing on quality outcomes and patient experience. The program is currently pursuing a joint commission advanced credential in hip and knee replacements. The opportunity to grow this program is excellent.
The network is pursuing a total joint surgeon who has expertise in full and partial hip and knee replacements, anterior hip replacements, revisions of the hip and knee and is comfortable with general orthopaedic trauma cases. The ideal candidate has an interest in quality outcomes, patient collaboration, community engagement and building a positive culture within their team.
Holy Family Memorial is a nationally recognized, award-winning, integrated healthcare network comprised of a community hospital and a multi-specialty group with approximately 90 providers. HFM physicians maintain or obtain board certification throughout employment. HFM offers a highly competitive salary and benefit package, but it’s the intrinsic benefits where the organization shines, including involvement in organizational decision making that is becoming rare in healthcare today!
