Administrative Medicine Certification Application
Please carefully read the information below.
- ABPS has moved to an online application system supported by Aperture Credentialing, LLC. Before beginning the online process, please review the certification eligibility requirements to ensure you have all the necessary information/documentation available to complete the application submission.
- The online application system will not let you submit your application until all required fields are completed and all required documentation has been uploaded. Failure to complete the submission by the published deadlines will delay the Board’s review of your application materials.
- The only fee paid at this time is the appropriate application fee, see fee schedule. ABPS will invoice the amount due via email after you complete the online submission process. All fees must be paid in full before your application can be processed. All application fees are non-refundable.
- Applicants have a period of one (1) year from the application submission date for their application to be approved. This includes the Board review and submission of any additional documentation that may have been requested by the Board. If the information has not been received and the application has not been unconditionally approved within that time, the application will become invalid, which will require the applicant to submit a new application, including the application fee, and meet all eligibility requirements in effect at that time in order to continue to pursue certification in the specialty.
To access the online application, click the link below. You will be required to complete a contact form first. This information is collected so that ABPS can keep you up-to-date on eligibility requirement or application process changes, including deadlines and fees, that may occur before you complete your application submission. Once the form is submitted, you will be directed to the online application information page and portal.
